Our flexible subscriptions make organising your hair care super simple. 

Subscribe to your favourite shampoo/conditioner and receive a new bar automatically. This will safe you the hassle of remembering to order your products and also saves you 10% compared to the normal retail price.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Your first payment is made as soon as you subscribe, and your selected shampoo/conditioner order will be shipped out shortly after.
  2. Your next payment will be automatically debited from your account X (your selected interval) month after your first order. 
  3. Each time we will send the order after it has been debited from your credit card.
  4. You can setup multiple items for subscriptions on different intervals. This works particularly well if you only run out of conditioner every second order. Just select e.g. every 2 months for the shampoo and every 4 month for the conditioner.
  5. You can combine delivery by ordering additional items just before subscription is due. You will receive an email 3 days before. Just select 'Add to Subscription' and the item(s) ordered will be shipped with the next due subscription. Saving you on delivery fees.
  6. You can cancel any time before your next payment or contact us and we will do it for you. You can also pause your subscription if you go on holiday or increase or decrease your frequency to suit your needs. You can even swap products if you need to.

How much does it cost?

We will give you 10% discount if you subscribe to our product. We will also send you a Thank You gift every time as well.

What products are included?

We currently include all our shampoo and conditioner products into our subscription. If you are interested in other products on subscription please get in touch martina@kalla.co.nz

How do I subscribe?
Search for the products you want to subscribe for, select 'Subscribe & Save' button and select the frequency in month. You can add multiple items to the cart before you go to the checkout. Once checkout is done you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. 

When will I get it?
Your first order will be processed straight away. Any following orders will be processed based on the frequency selected. 

What happens if I have too much product?
You can choose to skip a delivery or reduce your delivery frequency – you can do it yourself online or contact us and we will sort it out for you.

What happens if I don't have enough?
You can increase the frequency or contact us and we will sort it out for you.

I am going away, can I skip a month or more?
Yes, just log on to your account and skip a month or more. Don't forget that if you are going overseas, you can take some product travelling with you.

Can I cancel?
Yes of course, we want it to work for you. We will still be friends.

Can I change to a different bar?
Yes – just log onto your account or let us know and we can do it for you.

Can I buy a subscription for a friend?
Sure, just make sure you put their address in the delivery section when you order. You are a lovely friend!
